The City of Salina is seeking a qualified contractor to fully demolish a dangerous residential (also referenced as commercial) structure at 1616 West Crawford Street, handle all utility terminations, remove debris, provide back‑fill and compaction, and complete final site clean‑up. The contract is a lump‑sum award, includes a two‑year warranty, and requires the contractor to retain all salvageable materials. Key requirements include obtaining demolition permits, posting a 5 % bid security, furnishing performance and payment bonds, and maintaining comprehensive insurance coverage. The work must be finished within 90 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed.
