Description
The Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship is seeking quotes from potential consultants to assist in conducting wetland and stream delineations for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers approved Clean Water Act (CWA) 404 permitting purposes. The consultant would be responsible for conducting the wetland and stream delineations of the proposed or existing easement areas. IDALS has identified up to 33 projects needing delineations to be completed within calendar year 2026. Some key aspects of the job include:
• Conducting wetland and stream delineations for CWA 404 permitting purposes
• Working on existing and planned restorations
• Completing projects within calendar year 2026
• Collaborating with IDALS for landowner contact and access to conduct necessary field visits
• Providing quotes for any and all available sites
