The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center is conducting market research to assess the feasibility of a “Transport‑as‑a‑Service” solution for moving highly sensitive, hazardous rocket engine propulsion systems (e.g., hydrazine) across the western United States. The RFI seeks detailed industry input on capabilities such as HAZMAT licensing, climate‑controlled trailer performance, vibration mitigation, driver security clearances, insurance limits, and cost models. Respondents must submit written answers addressing each of the listed questions to the provided email addresses. This effort is a precursor to a potential future contract for 12‑16 secure, high‑value shipments per year within Utah, California, Wyoming, Montana, and South Dakota.
