Description
The City of Stockbridge, Georgia, is seeking bids for the Country Club Drive and Patrick Henry Parkway Intersection Improvements project. The work consists of furnishing and installing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and related services required to complete the project, including traffic control, milling and paving asphalt, striping, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, and the installation of a complete traffic signal. The project has a mandatory pre-bid conference on July 22, 2026, and bids are due by August 12, 2026. • The liquidated damages for this project are $250 per calendar day for failure to meet substantial completion and $500 per calendar day for failure to meet final completion.
• The city has the right to waive any bidding informalities and/or to reject all bids submitted for the project.
