Description
The City of Winston‑Salem is seeking a qualified general contractor to rehabilitate the gravity sewer system in the Washington Park Neighborhood. The work includes cured‑in‑place pipe (CIPP) lining, pipe bursting, patching, open‑cut repairs, manhole rehabilitation, traffic and erosion control, utility coordination, and restoration of disturbed surfaces. Bidders must be properly licensed, provide a 5 % bid bond, and be prepared to furnish 100 % performance and payment bonds.
