Terra Hall - GC3 - Interior and Roof

The Department of General Services is seeking qualified contractors to bid on work for General Construction Package No. 3 for Temple University's Terra Hall Repairs and Renovations project. The project involves the renovation of a 274,000-square-foot academic building, including interior renovations, structural repairs, and roof replacement. The successful contractor will serve as the General Prime Contractor until another Prime Contractor is assigned.
