Description
The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center is seeking a vendor to provide a filter replacement kit and gaskets. The filter replacement kit should be a direct replacement for the existing kit, with the same form, fit, and function, and should be used to service USCG WIMSL MDE's equipped with CCE Airsep. The gaskets should be individually packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-LE Method 10. The vendor should provide 100 filter replacement kits and 60 gaskets. The total cost should include delivery and freight charges to zip code 21226.
* The filter replacement kit should have the following specifications:
* Walker part number: 1001860
* Oil mist filter with O-rings (single pack)
* Direct replacement for the existing kit
* Same form, fit, and function as the existing kit
* Used to service USCG WIMSL MDE's equipped with CCE Airsep
* The gaskets should have the following specifications:
* Part number: 40-1023
* Individually packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-LE Method 10
* Packed in an appropriately sized ASTM-DS 118 double-wall fiberboard box
* Marking in accordance with MIL-STD-129R, except bar-coded in accordance with ISO/IEC-16388-2007, Code 39 symbology
