LIMON WB/Scale & Pit Auth to Bid

The State of Colorado, Department of Public Safety, is providing notice of a contractor's settlement for the Limon WB POE Scale & Pit Replacement project. The notice is for any person or entity that has an unpaid claim against the project for labor, materials, or other supplies. The notice provides instructions for filing a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim. The project involves the construction of a scale and pit replacement at the Limon WB POE. • The project is located at 15260 South Golden Road, Building 68, Golden, CO 80401. • The final settlement will be made on July 15, 2026. • Claims must be filed with the Authority for College, Institution, Department or Agency prior to the final settlement. • Failure to file a claim prior to the final settlement will relieve the State of Colorado from any and all liability for such claim.
