The City and County of San Francisco is seeking a qualified general contractor to fully refurbish the 47 sand bunkers at Harding Golf Course. The work includes sand removal, optional full‑sand replacement, sand‑washing with a San Saver machine, installation of new “Assured Aggregates Premier Bunker Sand,” placement of Santa Ana Bermuda sod, inspection and replacement of drainage liners only if damaged, and all associated site safety, power, and waste‑diversion requirements.
