Tunbridge Town Hall Building Envelope Improvements

The Town of Tunbridge is seeking bids for construction services to improve the building envelope of the Tunbridge Town Hall. The project includes foundation insulation, attic air sealing and insulation, and improved weatherstripping at exterior doors. The successful bidder will be responsible for obtaining permits and historic clearance, and for completing the work by April 30, 2026. • The project is funded through a SOV MERP Implementation Grant. • The town is seeking a prime or general contractor to oversee the project. • The contractor will be responsible for coordinating with subcontractors and managing the project timeline. • The town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in the bidding process.
