Description
The University of Oklahoma is seeking a supplier to provide comprehensive landscape and mowing services, including landscaping, brush hogging, fine mowing, flowerbed and garden maintenance, mulching, litter removal, and general enhancement work. The supplier must have a minimum of five years of experience in providing commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance services of comparable size and scope to higher education campuses, government institutions, or corporate campuses. The contract will be for a term of one year, with the option to renew for up to five additional years. The supplier will be required to provide a comprehensive transition plan, proof of general liability insurance, workers compensation, and commercial vehicle insurance, and must comply with federal, state, and local safety regulations. Some key responsibilities include mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, leaf collection, flowerbed maintenance, and equipment maintenance. The supplier must also provide a dedicated Contract Manager and Landscape Foreman with verifiable experience in supervising large landscape teams.
