Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The scope includes removing the existing roof drains, removing the vegetated roof system, and associated construction down to the existing concrete roof deck, perform concrete deck repair, and install a new conventional roof system including but not limited to vapor retarder, roof drains, insulation, roof membrane, and copings. The performance period is 225 days to achieve Substantial Completion upon issuance of the On-Site Notice to Proceed (NTP).
