Budget estimate

$450,000 – $900,000

The solicitation does not disclose a total contract value. Typical demolition and manufactured‑home installation projects in rural North Carolina range from $150,000 to $300,000 per unit, depending on site conditions, home size, and required grading/driveway work. Since the bid package covers three separate properties, a reasonable aggregate budget would be roughly $450,000 – $900,000. This estimate assumes standard manufactured‑home costs (~$80‑$120 k) plus demolition ($30‑$50 k), site work ($20‑$40 k), and contingency/administrative fees.
