Ultra Lightweight Camouflage Netting System Increment 1

The Marine Corps Systems Command is conducting market research to identify potential sources for the Ultra Lightweight Camouflage Netting System Increment 1 (ULCANS INC 1). The system consists of eight variants of next-generation camouflage screen systems with support apparatus, designed to conceal large military vehicles, shelters, and other critical assets. The system should have a combined weight and cube of no more than 105 lbs and 10.0 cubic feet when dry and packaged. The camouflage screen system should exhibit multispectral breakup in various spectral regions, including ultraviolet, visible, near infrared, short/mid/long wave infrared, thermal infrared, and radar spectral ranges. The support structure should be able to sustain wind gusts of at least 46 mph without structural collapse or failure. Vendors are asked to provide information on their research and development capability, production and manufacturing capacity, and approach to an on-demand, battlefield-specific camouflage solution. • The system should be able to protect assets from detection by ground-based, airborne, and satellite sensors. • The system should be able to provide multispectral breakup in various spectral regions. • The system should be able to sustain wind gusts of at least 46 mph without structural collapse or failure. • The system should be able to be packaged and transported efficiently. • The system should be able to be set up and used by military personnel in the field.
