Description
The Maryland State Police is issuing a Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) to acquire 75 units of Panasonic Toughbook FZ‑56 rugged laptops, associated smart‑card accessories, and extended warranties. Only Master Contractors holding the “Desktop, Laptop, and Tablet 2015” Master Contract (060B5400007) and certified under the Small Business Reserve (SBR) program may submit. Bids must be submitted electronically via the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) system by 2:00 PM on 15 Sep 2026. The State reserves the right to adjust quantities, requires vendors to be authorized resellers, and mandates inclusion of MSRP screenshots and a Mercury Affidavit where applicable. Delivery is required by 30 Jun 2027 to the Jessup, MD facility. Evaluation will be based on price and timeliness of delivery.
