Description
The Town of Needham is seeking bids for a Curb & Sidewalk A La Carte contract. The contract includes the installation and repair of curbs and sidewalks. Bidders must submit their proposals by February 26, 2026, at 1:00pm. The contract is expected to commence upon execution and end on December 31, 2026, with the option to renew for up to two additional years.
• The contract requires a 5% bid deposit and a performance bond in the full amount of the contract.
• The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to make the award in the best interest of the Town.
• The contract includes prevailing wage rates and requirements for apprentices.
• The bidder must submit insurance certificates and bonds as required by the contract.
• The contract includes a 30-day cancellation clause for improper service.
