Description
The Town of Freedom is seeking a qualified public‑accounting firm to perform full‑service audits for three fiscal years (2026‑2028) covering its General Fund, Debt Service Fund, Capital Project Fund, TID funds and any future special revenue or enterprise funds, as well as to prepare the required Single Audit. The scope includes fieldwork, preparation of financial statements, compliance reports, presentations to the Town Board, and optional services such as Management Discussion and Analysis, depreciation‑schedule updates, and TIF‑closeout audits. Proposals must include a detailed cost breakdown for each year and each fund category, and bidders must be licensed CPAs in Wisconsin.
