The Pease Development Authority originally issued a Request for Bids (RFB 26‑13) for the supply of runway deicing chemicals—both a potassium‑acetate based liquid (fluid) and an anhydrous sodium formate solid. The solicitation was cancelled via Addendum #1 and will be re‑issued under a new reference number (RFB 26‑13A). Vendors would have been required to meet FAA‑approved specifications, provide extensive technical and environmental documentation, and deliver the products to designated airport facilities in Portsmouth, NH.
