Niobium BH-10 Sheets

The NASA/NSSC is seeking to acquire Niobium BH-10 Sheets. The Government intends to issue a sole source contract to ATI SPECIALTY ALLOYS & COMPONENTS, LLC, under the authority of FAR 12.102(a), as they are determined to be the sole provider of Niobium BH-10 Sheets. The procurement will be conducted using the provisions, clauses, and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 for Commercial items or services. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on 8/19/2026. • The NAICS Code for this procurement is 331491. • The Government intends to acquire Commercial items or services using the provisions, clauses, and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12. • Performance will be located at NASA/Glenn Research Center (GRC). • Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
