2027-2029 Maintenance Dredging, Anchorage Harbor, Alaska

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Alaska District is conducting market research for a maintenance dredging project at Anchorage Harbor, Alaska. The project involves surveying, dredging, and disposing of approximately 900,000 cubic yards of fine-grained shoaled material annually for three years, with an option to annually dredge 350,000 cubic yards of sandy material in Cook Inlet Navigation Channel. The contractor must furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to accomplish the work. The estimated award date of the contract is 10 January 2027, and the total estimated magnitude of construction for base and option items is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. * The project requires the use of hopper or mechanical dredges only. * The contractor must comply with commercial and industry standards, as well as all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and procedures. * The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) before submitting a proposal. * The requirement for the submission of both performance and payment bonds in an amount equivalent to 100% of the award price shall be applicable.
