Removal and Installation of Perimeter Fencing at (old) Island Beachcomber Hotel

The Virgin Islands Port Authority is seeking bids from qualified licensed contractors to replace damaged perimeter fencing and install new fencing at the former Beachcomber Hotel property. The project requires the removal and installation of perimeter fencing, and bidders must submit their bids by the deadline. King Airport in Estate Lindbergh, St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands. • A non-mandatory site walkthrough will be held on October 7, 2025. • Bidders must submit their bids by October 31, 2025. • The authority requires commercial general liability insurance, workers' compensation insurance, and commercial automobile liability insurance. • The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds.
