Description
The State of North Carolina is seeking proposals for Small Package Delivery Services. The purpose of this RFP is to establish Master Agreements with qualified Carriers to provide door-to-door delivery services. The scope of this RFP includes the delivery of individual, smaller parcels that are not palletized and are handled individually by Contractors. The initial term of the Master Agreement is anticipated to be five years.
• The RFP is available on North Carolina's procurement system website.
• A pre-proposal conference will be held on December 10, 2025.
• Questions about the RFP must be submitted via the Sourcing Tool's message board by December 12, 2025.
• Proposals must be submitted through the RFP Website by January 14, 2026.
• The evaluation process will include an initial responsiveness evaluation, technical criteria evaluation, and cost evaluation.
