Description
This RFP seeks to establish one or more multi‑year Master Agreements for the procurement of a broad catalog of medical supplies, consumables, equipment, and associated support/maintenance services for all participating state, local, tribal, and educational entities across the United States. The Lead State (Idaho) will evaluate proposals and award contracts that can provide best‑value pricing through collective volume purchasing. The agreement will initially run for one year with the option to renew up to an additional seven years, totaling a potential eight‑year term.
• Scope includes Category 1 (Consumables & Supplies), Category 2 (Equipment & Devices), and Category 3 (Support & Maintenance).
• Open to any qualified vendor capable of supplying a full range of medical products to public‑sector entities.
• Proposals must be submitted electronically via Idaho’s IPRO system by 5:00 PM MT on 9 Nov 2026.
• Optional pre‑proposal video conference on 7 Oct 2026; registration required.
• Q&A deadline 14 Oct 2026; all questions posted through the IPRO Q&A forum.
• Initial contract term 1 year, renewable up to 7 additional years.
• Award may be made to multiple contractors; contracts will be issued as purchase orders under the Sample Master Agreement.
• Vendors must incorporate NASPO ValuePoint administrative fees into their base price.
