The State of Idaho, acting as the Lead State for a NASPO ValuePoint cooperative procurement, is seeking vendors to enter a multi‑state Master Agreement for the supply of a broad range of medical consumables, equipment, and associated support services. The award will be a “not‑to‑exceed” contract administered through NASPO ValuePoint, with participating entities (states, territories, public agencies, tribal and Canadian entities) able to order under the agreement via Participating Addenda. Vendors must provide fully‑burdened pricing, meet stringent delivery, warranty, and service standards, and submit extensive organizational, staffing, and experience information. The contract includes a 1‑year initial term with possible extensions up to a total of eight years, and requires quarterly sales reporting and payment of a NASPO administrative fee (0.4 % of invoiced sales, potentially reduced to 0.33 %).
• Supply all listed medical consumables (gloves, dressings, diagnostics, IV/infusion, etc.) and equipment (exam tables, respiratory devices, monitoring gear, etc.) across three categories.
• Maintain ≥ 95 % order fill‑rate, provide 24/7‑hour‑like toll‑free support, and meet delivery timelines (≤ 45 days for equipment, ≤ 7 days for supplies).
• Submit a detailed cost worksheet showing discounts for every sub‑category; the highest average discount determines award.
• Comply with NASPO ValuePoint administrative fee, quarterly reporting, and a mandatory e‑Marketplace catalog.
