The Eaton Rapids Public Schools is seeking bids for the 2020 Bond Projects – Bid Pack 11 High School Series 3. Bidders must have at least five years of successful experience on work of this type and scope, and must have a license where required by public authorities having jurisdiction. The bid security must be at least 5% of the bid amount, and the successful bidder will be required to secure Performance, Labor, and Material bonds for all contracts exceeding $50,000. The project involves painting work at the high school. • The bidder must be a reputable organization with sufficient financial resources. • The bidder must have a license where required by public authorities having jurisdiction. • The bid security must be provided by a bond from a surety company having a rating of A- or better or a certified check. • The successful bidder will be required to secure Performance, Labor, and Material bonds for all contracts exceeding $50,000.
