RFCSP 2026-025 Hays Street Bridge Connection & Eastside Area Street (2022 Bond)

The City of San Antonio is seeking qualified construction firms to execute a comprehensive upgrade and extension of the Hays Street Bridge connection and surrounding east‑side streets, funded by the 2022 municipal bond. The work includes extending the linear creek greenway and performing roadway, utility, and landscaping improvements across multiple streets in the downtown area. This project will require expertise in heavy civil construction, utility underground work, drainage, and landscaping, and will be evaluated by a senior engineering and city management committee. • Linear creek greenway extension along West Jones Ave, Alamo St, and Hays St. • Roadway reconstruction and upgrades on Burleson, 9th, 10th, Brooklyn, Burnet, McCullough, Hays, Austin, and East Jones avenues. • Associated utility, storm‑drain, sidewalk, and landscaping work under CIVIC product codes 91223, 91345, 91347, 91350, 91356, 91360, and 98852. • Sealed proposal submission required by August 25, 2026; pre‑submittal conference optional on July 20, 2026.
