Commerce Township Sidewalk Program 2026

The Commerce Township Sidewalk Program 2026 project involves the removal and replacement of approximately 21,000 square feet of 4” and 6” concrete sidewalks along public township streets, including 120 root grindings, 460 horizontal saw cuts of joints, 2 ADA ramps with detectable warning surfaces, and restoration. The project also includes a 2-year option at the Township’s sole discretion. The contractor will be responsible for performing the work in accordance with the contract documents and specifications.
