Description
The Statewide Procurement Division (SPD) is seeking sealed responses for cargo containers and associated modifications for use in storage. A major customer for these items is the Texas Department of Transportation, Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, and Texas Department of Criminal Justice. The contract will have an initial term of approximately one year, with the possibility of renewal for up to four additional years. The contractor will be required to provide pricing information, including a mandatory price sheet, and to obtain and maintain minimum insurance coverage.
