The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife is seeking bids for the repower of their 2003 Almar Sounder vessel. The project involves removing two existing 300 HP Suzuki outboard engines and installing two new 4-stroke Suzuki 300 HP single propeller outboard engines. The vendor will be responsible for all costs and logistics related to transportation of the vessel, including haul-out, transportation to and secure storage at their facility, and returning the vessel to the water after completion of the work. The vessel is currently moored in Everett, WA, and the vendor will take possession of it within 15 days of the award of the purchase order. The project requires the removal and replacement of all existing engine gauges, controls, wiring harnesses, cables, and associated infrastructure.
