The Illinois State Police is seeking a vendor to supply three complete DJI Matrice M30T unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) together with all required accessories, three Elistair Light‑T4 tethered power stations, and three 3000‑W pure‑sine‑wave vehicle inverters. All equipment must be shipped within 30 days of the purchase order and delivered to the ISP’s Springfield facility during standard business hours. The contract is a small‑purchase, firm‑price award; subcontracting is prohibited and the vendor must provide a 12‑month warranty and maintain the specified insurance coverage. • 3 × DJI M30T UAS (each with 6 batteries, charger, case, backup controller battery, propellers) • 3 × Elistair Light‑T4 tether stations with power modules • 3 × 3000 W vehicle inverters (150 A circuit breaker) • Delivery within 30 days, no subcontractors, warranty ≥12 months, required insurance, all costs inclusive.
