Description
The Founders Grove Charter School is seeking bids from qualified subcontractors for the construction of a remodel of an existing building located in Midland, MI. The project will entail minor demolition of the existing structure as well as adding an elevator to the exterior of the building. The subcontractor will be responsible for providing a complete turnkey scope including labor, materials, equipment, permits, cleanup, and disposal. The project is expected to start on June 1st, 2026, and be completed by August 15th, 2026.
• The project includes various trades such as demolition, structural concrete, masonry, structural steel fabrication and erection, cabinetry, insulation, roofing, and more.
• Subcontractors are responsible for reviewing all plans, specifications, addenda, and related documents prior to submitting bids.
• The bid must include a lump sum base bid, unit pricing, alternates, lead times on major materials, clarifications/exclusions, subcontractor license number, proof of insurance, W-9 form, and references.
