Description
The Luke Air Force Base is seeking a contractor to provide AVGAS with truck rental and shipping for the 2026 Air Show. The project's scope consists of operations from March 19-23. The contractor will only be charged for the fuel used, and unused fuel will be returned to the contractor without charge. The evaluation criteria are listed in clause 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
• The contractor must provide a full Capabilities statement of the Simulator being offered.
• The contractor must acknowledge receipt of the amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing AVGAS with truck rental and shipping.
• The contractor will only be charged for the fuel used.
• The unused fuel will be returned to the contractor without charge.
