DLA Halon System Cylinders (Ozone Depleting Substances)

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking quotes for the procurement of Halon Navy System Cylinder Reclamation Support Services. The services will include the refurbishment and re-certification of Halon 1301 System Cylinders from the Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) to the Contractor's facility. The period of performance is from 09/02/2026 to 09/01/2027. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract. The Contractor will be required to provide support services to provide Halon 1301 System Cylinders and government-furnished cylinders containing Halon 1301 for recharging the System Cylinders. The Contractor will also be required to label the item package (unit container) of any hazardous material to be delivered under this contract in accordance with the Hazard Communication Standard.
