Columbia Gorge Parkway Sidewalk

The City of Columbia is seeking bids for the construction of a sidewalk along Columbia Gorge Parkway. The project includes mobilization, linear grading, sawcut and removal of existing island, sidewalk, and curb and gutter, as well as the installation of new concrete sidewalk, ramp, and landing. The contractor will also be responsible for providing traffic control and ensuring that the project is completed within 45 calendar days. The bid must include all necessary documentation, including a bid bond, and must be submitted electronically or in hard copy by the deadline. • The project requires compliance with various regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. • The contractor must provide a performance bond and a labor and material payment bond. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to negotiate with any bidder considered qualified.
