Description
The City of Salina is soliciting sealed bids to perform exterior repair, replacement, and painting on a single residential property (Home #7) under its Neighborhood Repair & Rehab Program. Work includes removing and installing new siding on the second floor, repairing and painting siding on the main floor and gables, repainting fascia and soffits, and fully renovating a deteriorated front porch (posts, guards, handrails, ceiling, floorboards) with lead‑safe practices. Bidders must be lead‑certified, possess a UEI, obtain the project manual by April 10, 2026, and complete a mandatory site walk before submitting a sealed bid by April 23, 2026.
