The State of California is soliciting bids to install and commission an Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) system at the Ocotillo Wells park facility in San Diego County. The work includes electrical installation of Level‑2 charging stations, conduit and underground ducting, site preparation (saw‑cutting, trenching, back‑filling), installation of ADA‑accessible ports, bollards, pavement markings, and required testing and documentation. The contract is limited to qualified electrical contractors (C‑10 license) and is open only to Small Business and Micro Business firms or to larger firms that subcontract at least 25 % of the net bid price to certified small businesses. • Install and electrify EV charging stations (30 A, 40 A, 70 A) with all associated wiring, panels, safety switches, and metering. • Perform civil site work: trenching, back‑filling, asphalt and concrete paving, parking bumpers, tactile warning surfaces, and restoration of the lot surface. • Provide testing, as‑built drawings, operation & maintenance manuals, warranties, and required certifications (CRC for diesel fleet, performance/bond, insurance).
