The State of Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism is seeking competitive sealed bids to provide exterior maintenance services—including replacement of windows, repair/installation of siding, and interior‑ and exterior‑painting—at one or more state‑owned park facilities. The work will be performed under a Quote‑Bid (IFB) format, with the award going to the lowest‑priced responsive and responsible bidder. Bidders must submit a complete bid package that includes a signed bid form, the official price sheet, a site‑visit verification form, and required certifications.
