The California Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified vendors to contract for Window and Window Screen Repair and Replacement Services at the Veterans Home of California, Chula Vista. The contractor is responsible for meeting all of the licenses and certifications required to perform the scope of services set forth in this solicitation. • The scope of work includes window and window screen repair and replacement services. • The contractor must attend a mandatory walkthrough in order to submit a bid. • The contractor must submit all questions regarding this IFB in writing via email to the Contract Analyst listed on page 2 of this IFB. • The contractor must comply with all instructions and requirements contained in the IFB. • The contractor must provide the required insurance and certifications. • The contractor must pay prevailing wage under the terms of this Agreement.
