Description
The Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonville is seeking a contractor to provide Base Operations Support (BOS) services, including facility management, utilities management, and environmental services. The contract will be a Facilities Support Indefinite-Quantity contract, with a base period of one year and seven one-year option periods. The contractor will be responsible for performing all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to perform the required services.
• The services will be performed at NAS Jacksonville, FL, and outlying areas supported by these commands.
• The contractor will be required to submit a technical proposal, past performance and experience information, and a price proposal for evaluation by the Government.
• The award will be made to the offeror whose total price and technical proposal offers the best value to the Government.
• The contract will include a base period recurring work requirement, with the option to extend the contract for up to six months if necessary.
• The contractor will be required to perform all work in accordance with the contract requirements, including the performance work statement (PWS) and any applicable laws and regulations.
