W.O. 26-03: Contract 2 City Chip Seal

The City of Billings is seeking bids for the construction of W.O. 26-03: Contract 2 City Chip Seal. The project consists of chip seal coating 247,833 square yards and scrub seal coating 47,703 square yards of various city streets and other related items. The bid opening will be via Facebook Live on the City's Facebook page. A virtual pre-bid conference will be held on February 19, 2026. • The project requires registration with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry. • The contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. • Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond payable to the City of Billings. • The successful bidder will be required to furnish an approved performance bond and a labor and materials payment bond.
