The County seeks a qualified contractor to completely remodel the north parking lot and entrance vestibule of the Uintah County Building, delivering a safe, ADA‑compliant, and durable site. The work includes demolition, earthwork, concrete paving, installation of a glycol snow‑melt system, new LED lighting, conduit for security, flagpoles, and construction of a new entrance vestibule with automatic doors, structural steel, EIFS, roofing, interior finishes, electrical, low‑voltage, and mechanical systems.
