Electric Hull Penetrator (EHP) New Large IDIQ (Level 1/SUBSAFE)

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is soliciting a contract to manufacture and deliver a maximum quantity of thirty (30) Electrical Hull Penetrators (EHPs). The EHPs will be delivered over a 2-year period, with approximately 15 EHPs per year. The contractor must be Level 1/SUBSAFE certified and have a Quality Management System (QMS) Manual and Inspection System Procedures in accordance with ISO 9001. The contractor must also meet specific welding requirements. The key aspects of this opportunity include: • The contractor must be able to manufacture and deliver EHPs with associated transmitter cables. • The contractor must be Level 1/SUBSAFE certified. • The contractor must have a Quality Management System (QMS) Manual and Inspection System Procedures in accordance with ISO 9001. • The contractor must meet specific welding requirements.
