The State of Washington’s Department of Enterprise Services is seeking suppliers to provide roll‑stock paper products in five weight categories (Inkjet Laser 60#, MOCR Laser 24#, Security 24#, Inkjet Laser 50#, Inkjet Laser 70#). The contract will be a 36‑month base term with the possibility of up to three additional 24‑month extensions contingent on performance metrics such as order accuracy, delivery lead‑time, and appointment confirmation. Bids are evaluated primarily on price (up to 100 points per category) with additional preference points for Washington small‑business status, veteran‑owned status, and compliance with Executive Order 18‑03.
