Description
The Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) is posting exempt contracts as required by Public Act 100-0043. These contracts are awarded to further the agency's mission of providing for youth under its care, meet legal mandates, comply with consent decrees, and are permitted under one of the exemptions listed in Section 1-10 of the Procurement Code. • Services are provided by various contractors, including ADA S MCKINLEY COMMUNITY, ACORN COUNSELING & MEDIATION, QUINTANA INC, ZAYAN LLC, and BRIDGING HEART INC
• The contracts are exempt from the Procurement Code under Section 110(b)(3) for Purchase of Care
