2025 Supplemental LMIG - Street Improvements

The Butts County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for the 2025 Supplemental LMIG, Street Improvements project. The work under this Contract will consist generally of the construction of ± 1.67 miles of grading, leveling, resurfacing, and patching along with all appurtenances necessary for a complete job. All work on the Project must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days of date of notice to proceed. • The project includes grading, leveling, resurfacing, and patching of streets. • The project requires completion within 180 consecutive calendar days. • Bids must be submitted on Bid Proposal Forms furnished for that purpose, in accordance with the Contract Documents and the Plans and Specifications. • A Bidder's Bond, payable to the Butts County for 10 percent of the amount of the bid, is required.
