Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking proposals from construction management firms to provide professional, at-risk construction management services for the design and construction phase to renovate an existing single-story supermarket into a new 31,350 GSF facility containing an Oncology Program (“PC”) (infusion services, fifteen exam rooms, phlebotomy and compounding pharmacy), and a new Radiology Program (radiology, twelve exam rooms and a resource center).
