On-Call Facilities Geotechnical and Materials Testing Professional Services

The City of San Marcos is soliciting sealed Statements of Qualifications for on-call facilities geotechnical and materials testing professional services. The services will be used to support the city's facilities and infrastructure projects. A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on August 25, 2026. Statements of Qualifications must be received by September 17, 2026, at 2PM. The award is scheduled for the December 1, 2026, City Council meeting. • The city is seeking qualified firms to provide geotechnical and materials testing services. • The services will include testing and analysis of soils, concrete, and other materials. • The selected firm will be required to provide on-call services as needed. • The city reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all Statements of Qualifications.
