Budget estimate

$200,000 – $500,000

Based on typical fees for comprehensive geotechnical investigations on a 27‑acre municipal site—including drilling, lab testing, reporting, and construction observation—the contract value is likely in the low‑to‑mid six‑figure range. Factors influencing cost include the number of boreholes, complexity of landfill remediation, and the need for ongoing construction monitoring. A reasonable estimate is between $200,000 and $500,000 for the full scope.
