Miscellaneous Sewer Repairs 2026, Section 25-00708-00-MS

The City of Urbana is seeking a contractor to perform unplanned repair work on miscellaneous storm sewer and sanitary sewer systems owned and maintained by the City. The project includes various locations of unplanned repair work within property owned and/or maintained by the City, which includes street and alley right-of-way (ROW) and utility easements. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to complete the work. The City will evaluate proposals based on company experience, qualifications of key staff, past performance, and cost proposal. • The project is funded from the Stormwater Utility Fund and the Sanitary Sewer Fund. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and municipal laws, as well as the City's standard terms and conditions. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonding, as specified in the IDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction. • The contractor must comply with the City's requirements for nondiscrimination, equal opportunity in employment, human rights guarantee, and sexual harassment prevention. • The contractor must provide a written sexual harassment policy in conformance with 775 ILCS 5/2-105.
