The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) is conducting market research to identify 8(a) small‑business firms capable of providing closeout support for a variety of procurement actions (labor‑hour, firm‑fixed‑price, time‑and‑materials, cost‑reimbursement, BPAs, task orders, etc.). Respondents must submit a technical capability statement (max 5 pages) that details relevant experience, familiarity with FAR closeout documentation, rate reconciliation, audit report review, and ad‑hoc assignments. No cost is reimbursed for preparing the response, and no award will result from this RFI; the information will be used for future acquisition planning.
